This journey is for you if you are ready to create lasting change while embracing balance, resilience, and joy.
You will be guided to explore and learn from the local culture and the ancestors of the Colombian Andes, in a way that is non-extrative. You will give back, become a voice and a bridge for the wisdom that wants to be spread for the balance and healing of the the planet.
You will be invited to participate in a Yage (Ayahuasca) ceremony led by an experienced indigenous elder and medicine guide from the Colombian Amazon. Through this ancient plant medicine you will open the heart and body to receive cleansing, clarity, compassion, and renewal.
You will also master powerful integration rituals and techniques to carry the transformation beyond the retreat.
You will experience a blend of ancestral medicine ceremonies, shamanic practices, guided breathwork sessions, sound healing, hypnotherapy, NLP,and other nervous system regulation tools that will support you as you:
Cleanse the physical, mental and emotional body through traditional plant medicines, rituals, and breathwork techniques
Access the subconscious with hypnotic techniques to let go of limiting beliefs and to plant new seeds of self-love, self acceptance and peace
Repattern your nervous system through somatic and science-informed practices
OUR RETREAT HOME
The home is Casa Realidad y Ensueno, a dream-like place surrounded by mountains and ancient boulders. Breathtaking views from every corner of the Casa. This beautiful and super comfortable property offers many spaces for introspection and contemplation. Ceremonies and gatherings are held in the courtyard under the stars and surrounded by native plants and flowers, with the blessing of our ancestors, the Andes mountains, the sacred fire, and guarded by the spirits that inhabit the land. Expect profound healing just being in this space and energy.
The town of Villa de Leyva is at the center of one of the four most advanced ancient civilizations of the Americas, the Muiscas. Their teachings, practices and medicines are part of the culture in this region. And they are always available to us. So we honor them though ritual and receive them with an open mind and heart during our time in the land.
